You might have often heard this word said to you by your supervisor or seniors and you never knew what they were meant by floating. So here is what floaty means.

Floaty can be described as a very slow motion animation, that has a delay in timing and space. When your animation is slow and the timing needs to be tighter they refer it to floaty animation. Floaty animation can be referred when the action is not proper. For example if you see an action of the hand that does not rest and does various actions. The moving of the hand is continuous and if you compare it with your acting you will see that even in your acting you rest you hand for few seconds. So in that case the animation can also be called floaty.
